Clipboard doesn't copy some files for some reason.

To Reproduce
create file with name
зразок_заява_перескладання_1fc056ba_7e8b_434f_ad59_0330cfb4fa65.doc

copy
cb cp зразок_заява_перескладання_1fc056ba_7e8b_434f_ad59_0330cfb4fa65.doc

check
cb

Expected behavior
File should be in clipboard
