Lemme merge in #200 first (which changes compiler requirements), and then will look at this. |

Superseded by #204. We now have to use a very recent Rust nightly instead of a very old one. |

FYI based on https://github.com/substrate-developer-hub/substrate-node-template/pull/91, substrate does not support newer versions of Rust, so i've set the toolchain-requirements to the highest supported version based on this PR.
