Instead of settting the epoch for GaiaDB, it is set by using `ref_epoch` value. It must be identical, so the script tests whether the number of unique elements is one.
Set higher priority for brighter stars for raster scan down to 12 mag; add an option to set the brightest magnitude for AG stars; safe astrometry flag is removed by default.
