Add status check and output for transfer cli command

Addional checks for the transfer-targets cli command:

• Number of transferred directories. It must be one, but need to check if there are more than one directories and raise WARNING.
• Set ERROR status when failed to transfer.
• Print status summary and conclusion statement at the end.
