If nodes are changed on PVE by admin user or HA automation (re: #16), WHMCS isn't made aware.

We need to be taking a more comprehensive approach as the module matures, and leverage the cron.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving it cron-free even though the cron invokes daily usage checks already, doesn't make much sense.
Additional context
This provides support for many features that need delivering in 2023-2024.
