Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

All IPv6 traffic fails (not just trackers) when TC is turned on and monitoring is enabled for an app.
Many internet-dependent apps respond slowly or encounter issues even when the required domains are whitelisted. I suspect it is due to delays associated with waiting for IPv6 to timout before falling back to IPv4.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on TrackerControl.
2. Open a terminal app e.g. Termux.
3. ping6 anything other than ::1
4. Ctrl-C after you give up waiting.
5. "10 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 9192ms"
6. Turn off monitoring for Termux in TrackerControl.
7. Repeat steps 2-4.
8. Observe successful pings.

I tested this but when I do an IPv6 test in Brave with TC enabled, it works. So, IPv6 is supported.
