setAuthenticatedUserContext doesn't follow the application insights contract

setAuthenticatedUserContext doesn't allow the ability to use the storeInCookie param.

I have the same problem, discover it needs call setAuthenticatedUserContext before trackEvent
I'm investigating how to solve in page change.
