Since the Manifest.toml file is not updated the tutorial does not use Turing 0.22. |

It was part of CompatHelper but was removed in JuliaRegistries/CompatHelper.jl#288. There's some discussion in the PR about this change it seems. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
Turingpackage from0.21to0.21, 0.22for package 00-introduction.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
