I wanted to merge #1496 but I'm still a bit skittish about publishing a new version of @cspotcode/source-map-support until I'm sure it implements all the new features we need.
So for now, we are installing straight from git.
Before publishing we need to merge this PR to stop using git and switch back to npm.
