Having issues with Jupyter notebook on EC2

When is SSH into the instance and start up jupyter notebook I cannot connect to the instance in the browser and get this message:

[W 17:38:57.052 NotebookApp] No web browser found: could not locate runnable browser.

Did you remember to launch the Jupyter Notebook on the Amazon server first, then open a new local Terminal window to SSH directly to the Jupyter Notebook server? Review the setup instructions in the problem set description and ensure you have the correct settings.
