Remove required permission to read browser history. This extension has no business in anyone's browser history. Feels sketchy as hell.

Recently added "tabs" permission (in #66 pull request for issue #65) is for redirecting short's url (/shorts/*) to original video player (/watch?v=*). This permission allows to know current url and allows redirecting to different url.

Manifest V3 has declarativeNetRequest which would allow to create privacy respecting redirect rules, unfortunately the redirect did not work when short's url was opened in youtube's website (only worked when refreshed page, pasted url or clicked link on different website).

I see there is a way to make this permission optional (permissions), and only request for "tabs" permission when "Redirect to original video player" option gets selected. I will work on that
