Dependency Updates

DESCRIPTION

• Updated all of the dependencies except for WP Scripts & Tailwind. We need to follow this up with TW right away as source maps still aren't working until we upgrade to TW 3.0.24 (Preserve source maps for generated CSS tailwindlabs/tailwindcss#7588).
• This required some strange spacing shenanigans to pass linting 🤷🏻

This looks good – also, to note, sourcemaps still do work with these updates. Sourcemaps are created in dev mode, so when running start or watch, but not when running build. This is determined by the NODE_ENV setting in our scripts.
