Allow naming blocks without making them reusable

In the Gutenberg editor all visual feedback regarding the current selected block has been removed. It is very hard to navigate through blocks.

The Block Tree is quite handy, but it gets confusing when you have groups inside columns inside more groups.

It would be nice that each Block could have a “Name” attribute, so that the Block Tree displays the name and it gets easier to handle stuff. I may edit a landing page today, create a bunch of blocks and come next week to edit something and find the exact block I want to edit just by looking at the names.

This is NOT about reusable blocks, which already do have the possibility to be named.
