Persist list view toggle state across page reloads #34463

What problem does this address?
When developing blocks and FSE themes, I frequently reload the editor after making changes. I have to re-open the List View every time, because the on/off state isn't saved. It's off every time the page opens, even if it was previously on.
What is your proposed solution?
I think the toggle state should be saved when it changes, and applied whenever the page is loaded. That would make it consistent with the behavior of the Settings panel.
