Styles: remove "beta" label #44135

What problem does this address?
Similar to other renaming issues #39293 #43926, the Styles interface also has a temporary beta label on it that, at this point, should be considered for removal:
What is your proposed solution?
Compared to the larger beta label convo on the overall editor, I believe this can be removed for 6.1 due to both the stability of the experience and the fact that the overall editor is still gated with the current beta label.
