Query Block: Parents Filter Missing Since 14.1

Description

In Gutenberg 13.3.0, the excellent parents filter was added to the Query Loop block for hierarchical post types. It appears that 14.1 broke the editor functionality for this feature. The filter continues to work for Query Loop blocks that enabled it, but it can no longer be added or modified in the block settings sidebar.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

On a fresh site with Twenty Twenty-Two and the Gutenberg 14.0.3 plugin installed:

• add a Query Loop block
• select the Page post type
• click + next to Filters

See that the Parents filter is an option.

Update the Gutenberg plugin to 14.2.0. Follow the same steps above, and see that the Parents filter is no longer an option.
