:link and :any-link pseudoclasses are not included in the JSON Schema for theme.json

According to this trac ticket: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/57053
WP 6.2 will support the :link and :any-link pseudoclasses as valid selectors, but they are not included in the JSON Schema for theme.json.

Please add it to the JSON schema prior to the release of WP 6.2.
