What problem does this address?

WordPress 6.5 makes it easy to add 'nofollow' to links, but I'm concerned that it's confusing to lots of people and would benefit from additional information in the UI. I imagine the vast majority of people who write or manage content with WordPress are not professional bloggers, and aren't even familiar with what 'nofollow' means.

What is your proposed solution?

Do something after "Mark as nofollow" that helps educate people as to what this even means and if they should be checking the box. I'm not sure what's best. Perhaps a tooltip or link to an article that explains what it is and when it might be able to be used. (Bonus points if the destination is easily filterable by plugins).
