Add Transform from Columns -> Grid #70355

What problem does this address?
Before the Grid Block was established, it was common to use Columns for things that are better suited as Grids, to provide greater flexibility in expanding on them and mobile responsiveness. We have been converting lots of our existing content to grids for these reasons. Unfortunately, no simple Transform is available.
What is your proposed solution?
I'd love to see Columns be able to transform to Grid (and add a wrapping group block to each column content if it doesn't already contain one).
It's possible this shouldn't be available for all sets of columns, such as ones that have had different sizes set per column, but for standard things like 2 or 3 or 4 same-sized columns, it would save us tons of time.
