Description

Release 1.47.2 of the react-native-editor and Gutenberg-Mobile.

This version is going to be released only on WPiOS.

How has this been tested?

Test in the associated WordPress-iOS PR: wordpress-mobile/WordPress-iOS#16059

I ran the failing iOS E2E test locally and it worked. Since this is part of a WPiOS hotfix, I think we can merge despite the failing test (because it's very likely an issue on GitHub actions, not an actual failing test).
