Added information about the new
blockEditor.useSetting.beforeclient-side filter to the Curating the Editor doc. The content is just a slightly modified version of the dev note. A more comprehensive overview will be provided on the WordPress Developer Blog.While I was at it, I updated all absolute links that linked to various pages in the Block Editor Handbook in accordance with the documentation guidelines.
Why?
The
blockEditor.useSetting.beforefilter was added in 6.2 and needed to be spotlighted on this page.We should avoid absolute links where possible. With these changes, if a user clicks on a link in GitHub, it will keep them in GitHub. If they click on the link in the Block Editor Handbook, they will stay in the Handbook.
