Categories: Add Color Support

What?

This PR Adds Text, Background, Gradient, and Link Color Support in the Categories (Term List) block.

Part Of: #43245

Why?

This Block is missing Color Support

How?

The PR Adds the Color Supports in block.json and the Documentation file docs/reference-guides/core-blocks.md.

Testing Instructions

• Create a New Post / Page.
• Add an Categories (Term List) Block.
• Adjust the Color Settings.
• Compare Result in the Editor and Front-end Side.
