I'll add a test for "Clicking the X more replies button should focus the thread." after this is merged in #72103.

This PR adds a function to focus a comment thread or an element within a comment thread, helping to address various accessibility issues related to the Block Comments feature.
How?
The implementation of the function is based on the
focusListItemfunction.The basic usage is as follows:
Testing Instructions
Verify that the refactored code with the new focusCommentThread function works correctly as before, i.e.
Escapekey inside a comment thread should focus the thread.
