PHP backports required:

• Update elements block supports.
• Theme.json presets classes changes and unit test.
• Fix for enabling custom colors and gradients.
• Enable and backport the site logo block (can be done separately)
• Potentially use the new generated polyfill (can be done separately)

This was already ported.

I've prepared youknowriad#1 to address:

• Update elements block supports.
• Theme.json presets classes changes and unit test.

Each one of the commits has a props comment to the person who prepared the PR in Gutenberg.

I had a quick look through and confirmed that all of the widgets PHP changes are to do with making the Gutenberg plugin compatible with core and so don't need to be ported to core.
