New theme: Preview links should open in theme previewer

Clicking "Preview" or the pattern view links should bring up wp-themes.com inside the preview wrapper.

Could use details from the proposed design, which includes a style variation selection (see also https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6417, about exposing patterns in previewer).

• Adjust the frame on small screens
• The style variations list is not available yet, once the block is built it can be added here
• Maybe remove patterns list

Closing this, the pattern previews will stay for now. This may change during design feedback & QA, but a new issue can be opened then.
