This manpage was written for the openSUSE project and contains mainly the --help output.
* Consider already set CFLAGS * Use CC make variable instead of hardcoding gcc

I'm packaging cv for openSUSE and added a manpage and removed some hardcoding from the makefile to take into account CFLAGS set by the buildsystem and allow other compilers than gcc.
