24hr Review when accessed from different time zone, pulls old events.

Describe the bug
Server is located in Toronto (Eastern Daylight Time).
I am in Winnipeg (Central Daylight Time)

When I access the 24hr Review, it pulls up Current time today - Current time yesterday. But it is utilizing my current location time, so the most recent thumbnails are an hour old. If I change the time on my iPad, it pulls the current events.
