Add an option to play at real FPS in single monitor view

requested by @McFuzz and others in the past. ZMNinja forces a max limit of 1 frame per second to conserve network resources in montage mode as well as to overcome Chrome's 6 limit connection. This is however not needed in single monitor view. So its a good idea to add an option where we can use nph-zms in single monitor mode - that way zmNinja shows the stream at real FPS.
