HTTP basic auth credentials not stored

I use zoneminder behind a http basic auth. everytime i start the app it asks for those credentials 3 or 4 times directly after eachother in a popup. Also the password field in this popup isn't masked as passwords should

The auth fields (login/password) in the zm settings are for zm auth. To persist http auth, in the url you need to specify user:password@serverip

Thanks for your fast reply, i have added it to the url and disabled the zm auth, it seems to work properly!
