Fix playback speed for long events

Zoneminders default event time in record/mocord modes is 600 seconds ... This seems to have an effect on zmNinja's playback speed settings..

Can you elaborate? I remember I posted bug in frame count detection due to bulk frames, but it was fixed long ago.

So this is basically what you also pointed out some time ago @abishai - I need to sit down one day and completely rework the event footage logic - its a mess (I hacked a 3rd party carousel library). The point @bhaal2 is raising is if you have long events, super speed and other features don't really work well. I am throttling them to manage load and that doesn't help long events because they don't play fast. Once I get to routing it via zms, this should go away
