ionic state restore not creating platforms/android directory

I've followed in instructions here: https://github.com/pliablepixels/zmNinja/wiki/Running-zmNinja-from-Source

When i run 'ionic state restore' it finishes, however does not create a platforms/android directory. When i attempt ionic build android it complains that /platforms/android is not an android project directory.

It always seems that a minute after I post an issue I see the light.

The issue here was the id name in the config.xml, I deleted the hyphen and it now works as expected.
