zmNinja 1.1.3 build from source - Push registration failed

I tried to get push notification working in a self compiled master branch version.
The app gets stuck right after the message "Setting up push registration". Debugging the method pushInit of EventServer.js shows that PushNotification is not known.

You likely are missing push plugin.
