Fix the monitor orientation code for rotated cameras #232
ZM has changed its code on how to handle rotation - this results in squished images
ZoneMinder/zoneminder#1431
I don't think this is being done the right way in ZM - instead of swapping w/h at PHP it should be using the CSS -transform option of rotation.
