If a user uploads an image with the same file name on an edition that has already been uploaded, it will replace the existing image. This is similar to the functionality of the bulk uploading of files for file attachments.

If a user uploads an image with the same file name on an edition that
has already been uploaded, it will replace the existing image. This is
similar to the functionality of the bulk uploading of files for file
attachments.
