nmcli: No option for xmit_hash_policy

Summary

I need to add the xmit_hash_policy to a bond device via the nmcli module.
As for now, I couldn't find a way to do this.

I added a pull request for the additional feature: #5149
As this is also in nmcli just a comma seperated list of options in one big string, the changes are not so big.
