What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This is a backport of #43254.

The pr aims to upgrade snappy to 1.1.10.5.

Why are the changes needed?

  • Although the 1.1.10.4 version was upgraded approximately 2-3 weeks ago, the new version includes some bug fixes, eg:

Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

No.

How was this patch tested?

Pass GA.
