### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to upgrade `Ammonite` to 3.0.3. ### Why are the changes needed? Ammonite `3.0.3` addes Scala 2.13.17 support. To be ready for Scala 2.13.17. - https://github.com/com-lihaoyi/Ammonite/releases/tag/3.0.3 - https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/lihaoyi/ammonite_2.13.17/3.0.3/ ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
