Motivation: Early on in this project we didn't bother writing the code to support multiple encryption schemes, and to support negotiation of those schemes. This was just a simplification for us. Now we should support it. Modifications: - Added support in the key exchange state machine for negotiation encryption schemes. Results: We support two encryption schemes now, not just one!

Motivation:
