Update aqua-renovate-config by aqua-registry.

Why

Now aqua-registry and aqua-renovate-config are developed independently.
It would be great if we can manage the renovate config with the registry.

Note

Fields such as version_prefix are available.
Maybe we need to add fields to registries for renovate config.
