Pull Request Overview
This PR reorganizes the upgrading guide documentation to focus on v4.0 upgrades and removes outdated v3.7 content. The documentation now reflects that deprecated features from v3.6 have been removed in v4.0, and adds guidance for developers using Go.
- Updated documentation to focus on v4.0 upgrade path instead of v3.7
- Removed v3.7-specific content (Docker Hub changes, parameter overriding details)
- Added new section on Go language changes for developers importing argo-workflows code
