IntelliJ doesn't want to see side effects outside in a read action. Notifications where never really visible to users, and we now have AntoraComponentNameMissingNotificationProvider which will show the error both when opening the Antora YAML file, and when opening any page within that component.

Therefore, removing this old code.

Fixed in next release.
