test a bunch of clang versions

Not necessarily saying "merge this" but I want to check to see what versions work & probably testing something more up to date is good

Unless you know an alternative source that provides all the binaries for all the versions

If it makes you feel any better, it definitely works for LLVM 15 since that's what's on my system.
