resolves a thumbor issue with png files thumbor/thumbor#943

awslabs please update! I believe this change is critical and I see a note in the Thumbor/Python Pillow issue that it was done but don't see it in the source so I am confused. |

The prepackaged version already includes thumbor 6.4.2, and building the package by cloning this repo should also include the latest version of Thumbor. However, I'm including this PR to force the version to be 6.4.2 or higher. |
