Added: resolution for Codebuild using different ECR region #28

When Codebuild attempts to use a build image from ECR in a different region the following error occurs: 'BUILD_CONTAINER_UNABLE_TO_PULL_IMAGE: Unable to pull customer's container image.' I have added the cause and resolution into the documentation.

Change your first sentence, which describes the possible cause, to this: "The Amazon ECR image you requested is not in the region that your AWS account is currently using."

Change your second sentence. which describes the suggested solution, to this: "Use an Amazon ECR image that is in the same region that your AWS account is currently using."
