Changes everything in the Gemfile over to HTTPS to support the move to SSO.
First attach your account to Okta SSO if you haven't done so already via https://github.com/orgs/backupify/sso. Once attached create a token as described here. This will be your new password. To prevent getting prompted for a password at every Github interaction set up a git credential store as described here.
Once all that is ready just test by running
bundle install.
