Add config parameter: clickToTogglePlay #15
Description
For easier usage, please add option clickToTogglePlay (boolean) which would allow to click anywhere within the movie - as hinted by the main click-to-play button. This should provide YT's default play/pause behavior without need to employ custom toolbar buttons.
