PHP versions supported by Composer 2.3 are the same as this package, so no reason to stick on Composer 2.2. |

I am not sure why I bumped it to 5.4 minimum, from Composer itself it looks like the old versions can still be installed: https://github.com/composer/composer/blob/2.2/composer.json#L35
