Summary

This PR adds UniVoucher to the Base ecosystem page.

UniVoucher is the world's first decentralized crypto gift card protocol that lets anyone create, send, and redeem crypto gift cards in the form of a card ID and secret. Non-custodial and permissionless.

Changes Made

• Added UniVoucher entry to ecosystem.json in the DeFi/payments category
• Added UniVoucher logo (192x192 PNG) to partners directory
• Build passes successfully
