We used a variable in revm for the PoL Tx gas limit. This was updated and we inherited the wrong gas limit. bluealloy/revm#2753
Further e2e tests in subsequent prs will cover this regression vector.
The actual gas limit used in the revm system tx is still 30million https://github.com/bluealloy/revm/blob/6a736b39e039200dbb6f254aa641875235b37e32/crates/handler/src/system_call.rs#L65
