ok, I've got something that works, and I've tested it on chrome/firefox/mobile. I'm sure it can be improved, but we want something out before the launch tomorrow. Post-merge review would still be appreciated. |

I tested this on my phone and it broke the layout for the sponsors below, so I've reverted it. |

Works for a small mobile screen and desktop, but a large mobile screen looks like this:

merged a hacky solution in #31. The html/css is ugly so I'd like to go back and fix it later, but it's good enough for our launch tomorrow. |
